Why aren’t more people buying my products?

We have great technical products!

"If we can get in front of people they buy."

Is this a conversation that goes on in your company?

You need to get out of this rut and grow your business.

You can hire a marketing agency but look out for the biggest lie in marketing...

"Trade shows, advertising, & pretty brochures will drive business to your door!"

Wow! Talk about pointlessly burning money, I've been there.

What should you be doing?

Create and execute sound marketing & sales strategies to grow sales.

The essence of marketing is not PR, brochures, and advertising but strategic marketing which is your battle plan to keep and increase business.  Maintaining and increasing business takes new ideas and strategies.

Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory.

Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.

I work with you to increase sales by building and executing sound marketing & sales strategies

Improving marketing & sales with a sound strategy is the highest leverage investment you can make.

Good things happen when sales improve...

Your company achieves greater economies of scale, better cash flow, and greater flexibility.

You have less stress and greater freedom to pursue new ideas.

How can I make these statements?

I have a great deal of experience (translated: successes and failures) doing marketing and sales of technical products for corporations, small business, and as cofounder/president of a startup company.  I understand technical products and technical buyers.  I have a great deal of experience in design, application engineering, marketing, and selling technology.   I successfully launched major new technical products as a marketing manager for a Fortune 500 company; built an early stage startup company, built effective independent manufacturer representative networks, and increased sales of technical products over 17% for a midrange company in the post September 11, 2001 period.  Based on my experience I take a common sense approach to business development that works.

"Bill,

This is the best distillation of our current position I have seen to date. You have put your finger directly on where we are and what we must do.
